Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items and perishables.)

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, less shipping costs.

To request a refund:

1. Print a "Returns Authorization Form" from this page for each item you are returning. This form must be filled out completely and included in your return package within 30 days of purchase
2. In your return package, include the Returns Authorization Form and the item you are returning in its original, unused condition with original tags, packaging and protective liner intact (if applicable). We are unable to accept items with signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
3. Mail your return to the address below. We will process your return within 14 business days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price less shipping costs.
