This unique Pale Peach Tunic is made with Chiffon Fabric, The combination of Kashmiri Stitch and Mirror embroidery work is done with white pure silk thread on Full Front, Back and Sleeves. In a rural areas of Pakistan a woman takes 15 Days to make it (embroidery) i sew it here in USA. you will feel so special that i made only one piece. So it is One of a kind.
I am Fara Nawa, a passionate designer from Chicago.with thirty years of extensive experience in fashion designing. I have traveled all over the world, exploring and imbibing wonderful embroidered designs from different regions.
Craft from rural areas of Pakistan is fascinating. Talented rural women seamlessly craft exclusive, exquisite hand embroidery work. Unfortunately, these rural sheroes live in poverty due to lack of education, poor access to health services, large family size and gender discrimination. I represent them and their amazing talent.
Purpose of my shop is to help them share their exquisite embroidery work with the world. Thus offering them a window of opportunity to take charge of their life.
